not your average hole cutting question.

i want to cut some holes out of some carbon to cover up my air vents in the mini, but i really dont wanna pay £20 from carbon wheezel.

Believe them to be about 110mm dia but my question is how do i cut them without making a hole in them for the drill bit as a hole saw would.

i know its a stupid question but any help is greatly needed.
