I will be getting some windows very soon, I plan to buy the front door windows, as I want the sliders, but will be making the quarters and rear screen. Done a search, not found what I'm after.

How has everybody cut them out? Jigsaw? Template? I know Ben H has done some drawings, but I don't have access to the correct printer, so would it be easier to cut out the same size as standard windows and use the rubbers instead of bolting them in? How has everybody else done it?

Finally, places to get the polycarb sheet from.?

Thanks lads.

I can bring one of my old rear windows if you want it for a template mate? It's bolt in type tho and the fit was very good

Thinking about it, its only £75 extra to order the full set, can't be saving that Much by making them yourself, I will probably order the full set. But thanks anyway rich.

And I'm sure the basic rear screen comes flat anyway, unless you upgrade.

Word if advice, Id strongly recommend the scratch resistant poly windows. I know there are quite abit more, but well worth it. I've fitted both and non coated scratch so easily. Where are you getting them from, I've just fitted some for a friend off eBay and they were terriable fit. I'd use performace plastics every time. The none curved rear windows also are hard to fit and don't quite look right.

Thats for the advice matt, all taken on board, I planned to use acwmotorsportplastics as they seem to have a decent name on here.
