hi all im after a set of pistons +20 for my engine build and wondered what people can recomend for under £250.

Spend £300 on a set of cast omegas, and be confident they will take what you throw at them (all things properly set up that is)

cheers but everywhere i look cast omegas are over £400 for 1293 spec. where do i get them for that price.

These omega cast race pistons have been proven running boost over 24 pounds of boost and power levels over 200+ BHP

cheers, on there website it says mid boost. and the forged says high boost.

Correctly set up these pistons are plenty good enough, Robert uses cast omegas at 230-240hp Audi s4 b5 - 470bhp & 486ft lbs

When I bought a set years ago they told me they wouldn't recommend running more than 14psi on them. I've been running a minimum of 15psi ever since ........ |

I have run mine upto 19psi so far, and I plan to run 23/24psi, fueling/timing must be spot on though. Audi s4 b5 - 470bhp & 486ft lbs

My cast omegas have takend so much abuse i feel like pulling them out just to congratulate them Yes i moved to the darkside |
