hi all, ive replaced the floor, boot floor and alot of the front and im noe after some thick smooth paint to go over it with to protect it for the future. Ive heard hammerite is shit can anyone recommend a desent paint to go over it all with.

POR 15 goes off like concrete and then you can paint over that. Just don't get the stuff on your hands, it'll take ages to wear off.

Edit:

I mean underneath the vehicle, obviously not below the primer/paint on the outside./

I use the chasis black from frost. I think that that is por 15 off the top of my head. Its very hard wearing

You have to be very careful applying por15. If the prep isn't right, it peel of. I git it wrong after my first attempt at boot floor repairs...

Rustbuster do an epoxi in different colours as well as other paints
You can find them on the net by putting rust in to google
