bugger i've only got 10x6 wheels knocking around, bit too small for my 13x7's to run on...think i'll have to wait a while before i build one of them in me garage then. *tongue*

I think he needs to put some wheel nuts on the RR before it all goes tango.
There is good method in the guys madness though. Resistance, RPM and a strain gauge is all that’s needed to do a comparison.

Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe.

the look like wheel nuts to me .. bearing in mind the load of the wheel is supported by teh centre hub bit, al the bolts do is hold teh wheel against teh hub.

They don't look like beefy nuts admittedly, but they're definately some kind of nut - otherwise that wheel would be heading west!
