I'll probably get slated for this but it looks too nice to break certainly..........

My dad had a Black G reg Metro Turbo that was very tidy when I was about 16, I tried for a month solid to try and persuade him to let me have it as a first car, in the end he sold it on.

Closest I ever got to owning one was a Black F reg MG Metro which was a shitter I was given and lasted 3 weeks (in which time I replaced the head gasket three times).

So I still have a soft spot for tidy working Metro Turbos.......

As peep's keep nicking the engines out of them and scrapping shells.......They become more rare

Being trying to find pics but can't.

I had a white '86 turbo only 50'000 miles and really tidy

for bargain price of 50 quid

Didn't want to break it but needed the engine

Just got half a metty too

Got the red one running today,bought it as a non runner as diff gone.........but turns out to be gearbox as 4th gear still works.

Oh and why no boost gauge is that just mk1's
