well the 2nd supercharged engine is now dead! the oil light taking its time to turn off was a sign,it started missfiring quite bad whilst trotting along at 30mph,then a loud knocking noise, followed by some BIG fuck off flame, which although looked cool, it wasnt a good sign lol

so,whipped the head off,all chambers are coaked up,but chamber 2 had alot of oil on it,before the engine died, there was smoke arrising from the breathers when revving her up,im guessing the bearings have gone, and number 2 ring is gone.whatd you guys rekon??? oh yeah, the inlet manifold had oil in it....

engines now out, just gotta strip her, have got new pistons today, bearings and new crank. never rebuilt an engine before so any advice would be much appreciated.

this is what happens when you put a blower on an engine of which its internal condition is unknown.
