Draw a picture/schematic of what you're system is made of, pipe sizes etc, and what parts you are using and exactly how it is plumbed.

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

you need a 8mm id return in a perfect world
