nick what for the cam timing? I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

You should have a small inspection plate on the clutch cover :S |

My Supercharger pulley didn't come with a timing mark. I had to make my own therefore find TDC static so as the check with a timing light would have a mark to line up with. DTI with extended probe down no1 spark plug hole is the safest I found. I double checked this when I had the head off and it was spot on. |

As Joe says, have a stop, wind the engine backwards and forwards to the stop, noting where it stops, and half way between is exactly TDC |
