My garage is slowely but surely getting filled with junk.
So I need to get rid of some stuff.

I have this old 1100cc engine which I don't need.
However some where in the (very) far future I might build a small bore turbo engine on a budget, so want to save parts when usable.

Can someone tell me if I these pistons are worth keeping?
Block number is: 10H791AA 11075 bores look pretty good

These are the pistons:

The interesting bit is that 3 pistons are like the one in the picture, only one is marked M2007 B11

Basically my question is are these piston able to take mild boost, say 10-12psi.
Or if I would want to build a budget small bore stay with the set 998 A+ pistons (20528 L02)
Ooorrr are neither of these pistons actually any good and best be binned?

Cheers, Han

Glasgow

not sure if they are any use for turbo but I'm taking the view these days that even standard stuff is getting hard to find and I'm keeping anything useable for possible future use.

I understand what you are saying and very true indeed.
It is just that I understood that some pistons can withstand charging better then others, was curious where these stand as I could not find em while searching.
