Maybe he has his decimal point in the wrong place. As far as im.concerned all of these old cooper /s 's seem to be suspisious/ 'reshelled' at some point . If you were to buy one you have to accept that this is a strong posibility unless you let the wool be pulled over your eyes or pull the wool over your own eyes that this isnt what it should be......
