you could use a jigsaw, but if you use a router youd get a neater, more accurate job On 10th Mar, 2012 theoneeyedlizard said:

Cutting isnt the issue, its where to cut to get a nice tight fit I seriously doubt it! |

Jigsaws your best bet mate, is it the worktop or the front panel?

And no template? What a bastard! For the top I'd flip the basin over to draw around and measure in from all sides and then make a template for the front. Avon 2010 class c 3rd

That was my initial thought Matty but I have no reference how far out from the wall for the front panel and how high for the top.
I seriously doubt it! |

I made a card template, and tried it in the box the unit came in to make sure its a nice fit.
I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

You may be able to download a cad plan from the manufacturer you could get an accurate template to work from |
