What is the sequence for bleeding the metro 4 pot brakes? I have them on my Clubman and trying to get them bleed so I can drive it.

bottom then top nipple, starting with the calliper nearest the master cylinder.

On mine it makes no difference which nipple you bleed from first. As long you can expel/bleed the fluid out at as high a pressure as you can is what you need to agitate the fluid and shift bubbles ect ect.

If I have this correct the top and bottom pairs of pistons are separate systems so it should not matter which you bleed first top or bottom

They are separate circuits top and bottom. On my blitz one pair are brakes and the other a hydraulic handbrake

I don't imagine this being much good for even pad wear?

No, but it doesn't do any mileage, and it's only the rear brakes. It's the easiest solution when using a front subframe and hubs at the back of a kit car..

I would have thought that a set of drums would be more suited? A hybrid of drum front hubs with the rear drum backplate, so you get hydraulic braking plus cable handbrake?

Maybe, I'll see how it goes, it came with the 4 pots already fitted.
