Air use an air temp sensor, but my ecu has analogue inputs for oil, air and water temp sensor, you should be able to use a volt meter to record the resistance and work the temp out that way. On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

trying use a cheap temp gauge from maplins or the like and calibrate it via some boiling water and ice. give you a reasonable idea of how far out it is. |

I've got something very simular to one of those also. I plan to use it to record oil temp before and after turbo, oil cooler, sump ect. Iain, if you get any spare thermocouples, let me know On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

The thermocouples themselvs are pretty cheap are they not???
turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
