Hi all
need some help what and where is a good place to get a mini turbo headgasket from for my car 1293 running 10psi 150bhp!!!

i know this question most probley has been asked loads but you dont ask you dont get i dont want to fit the wrong one and have to do it again

only just blowen on the way home so not checked it just though get a gasket ordered ready for when i take it apart

TAM1521 is the original head gasket fitted to the turbo, same as the BK450. It is a good head gasket to use.

But whether that will fix the cause is another matter.

How did your own blow ? what were you using ? Head studs or bolts ? Torqued correctly ?

Are both head and block totally flat ? And is your tuning good ?

speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

every thing was fine been running for the last 7 months with no problems just on the way home on a long drive with hot weather it went dont think theres any major probs..

Payers BK450 or DK451 for the head gasket set.

Out of interest, what's the spec on your car and what rollers?
150nanas from 10psi is good going.

not to sure on spec all i know is i have replaced every thing and i know the head has been worked on plus a freind told me when i was replacing the pistions its a 1293 its running 150bhp... but at the wheels its running 135bhp

thanks all ordered the head gasket from mini spares cant wait for it to turn up then i can fix it whoop
