How low will 10" wheels make the car? too low to go on bumpy roads (Irish roads suck)?
Will the smaller discs give enough stopping power for a turbo'd car (+/- 100bhp)?

Has anyone tried 6x10's with sportspack arches?

Mini Sport do 10x6 deepdish minilight (or minilite...?). Does the fact they're deep dish make them stick out further?

On another forum someone claims youcan fit 165 tyres on 10x7 or even 10x8's ....? does this make sense to anyone?

Are they not very strecthed on 7" rims? As I have run 165's on 6x10" before and those were a bit strecthed on?
As for 8" I would think no chance!

July issue of MiniMag does the conversion in the tech section, and gives alternatives. In addition to this, there is the Fiesta brake conversion. It's a cheap alternative, and allows for 7.9" brakes as opposed to the 7.5" brakes most conversions use. You can check it out in my tech section of my web site (www.drjing.com).

And the overall dimensions of a 10" wheel/tyre combo is almost exactly the same as a 12" wheel/tyre combo, so it should do nothing to lower your car.

On the 10" combo under SportPacks, my friend posted this thread with pics: http://www.minimania.com/msgthread.cfm?thr...SiteMessages=63

i've got 10x7's spectrums ready and waiting for some tyres, not sure what to go for

008's look more upto going on a wider rim than 032r's but couldn't comment on what actually works, jimster or minimark should be able to comment
