I was thinking about putting one of these on. Has anyone got any experience of these, eg noise levels and impact on performance etc. thanks

i was using one about 1 7/8" and it was quieter than any other exhaust ive had for a mini. i also diddnt see any power problems as i had 180bhp running 14psi of boost.

Me and Wil both run bike cans. 2" bore is common so fit onto a turbo system perfectly. They are cheep light and straight through. No power issues that I know of, but I have not done any back to back testing.

As Ben says, light and cheap.

An equivalent steel race can for a car was 2kgs heavier. And not sexy carbon either.

sounds like a plan then, they also seem much cheaper 2nd hand than mini exhaust. Any ideas which one i should look for. I suppose 2" for my application

I got a scratched micron, which is all aluminum, for 15 notes. Would have looked tatty on a bike, but all you can see is the rear pipe.
