Somewhere around Swindon

there seems to be two almond greens GN37 and BLVC1212 anyone know the differences?

yeh mate the earlier cars used a lighter shade of almond green the later ones 70 something onwards they used the darker shade of almond green ,there is also a metalic version but not used much

give em hell

There must be another code as well just to confuse matters more. Ours is Almond Green and i used paint code HAK

TRURO, CORNWALL

From John Parnells book, Oroginal Mini Cooper and S, GN37 paint code was used on MK 1 and Mk2s. Suspect the other paint code is the one used on late Rover Minis

neil, the 1212 is the same colour as the hak , there both 1994-2001 and the gn37 is the 1963-1970
The latter does look a lighter formula !!
