Change the brake hoses. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

i have one of them up the back. it's a moke type one, does the same thing.

Check your brake pedal. As they don't move a lot, they can sieze up, especially if it hasn't been used recently.

can you grease them up will? bit of rubber grease on the shaft maybe? going into the booster? |

It's the actual pivot of the pedal where it seizes, there is a bronze bush in the pedal and they get all shitted up.

Sometimes the caliper cylinders, part seize when the brakes have not been used for along time, so that they don't release off the brake disks.. Main Build

is it an after-market master cylinder like AP or similar? if so its not fully returning with the pedal released, and you either need to shorten the pushrod or space the master off the bulkhead by 10mm or so.

As above I had to adjust my push rod on servo/master cylinder to get the right amount of play at the pedal.. Main Build
