does any one one they can measure the OD diameter of?

from tooth to tooth. i want to check if ill have clearance issues.

would be a big help.

Are you using the MED wheel? I have the MED bracket for the s.c. sensor using one of Ben's trigger wheels if that's any help. Perfect fit.

i want to buy a www.dsnclassics.co.uk timing cover.

i think the timing marks will hit the trigger set up.

so not sure how, how to get around this.

on the normal set up you have to bent up the timing tabs.

I think you will have clearance issues. The timing marks will replicate the standard setup. I've had to bend mine back as you say so that I can verify the timing that the ECU tells me it is seeing.

Looking at that:



You don't stand a chance of getting a supercharger belt on it. You may get away with buying just the pulley and getting somebody to machine up a damper to suit.

They are machined into the cover, best you could do is file them down...

Andy, do you have one? I like the idea of the seal but just wondering if everything fits...

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

I just have a standard cover. im using the med sensor bracket, its spot on for bens trigger wheel.
