panel forming help

hi guys my boss is currently building a sprint tr3 and requires some floor panels that he has made strengthening with a cross forming in them. hes willing to pay for the time. would anyone be able to help or understand what im trying to explain

What you mean is he wants a rolled swage in them to stiffen them.
Personally I would get the yellow pages out and look for metal fabrication places nearby, then ring up and see if any can do it.

A sprint TR3 sounds a scary device, a friend of mine has a TR2 and a TR4A, both are lovely to go to the pub in on a sunny day but I am not sure I'd like to try and drive either of them "fast"!!

Anyone with a bit of panel beating experience could do this - all it needs is a suitable hammerform - and the hammer.
