ive bought a 4 pin diff from minisport these metal washers with the little metal bit thats bent on them do they just bend round the sides coz thats were they are when i bought it

those things called tangs is what ide be talking about mate mine are bent round the side is this right

You need to make sure they are bent over so they fit comfortably in the slots machined in the diff cage.
