So I checked tom fentons guide and the one on turbo-mini and it mentioned nothing about what I seem to have :/

The carb had a pin in, so I took it out and I assumed the float chamber pin would fall out and it hasnt moved. It appears to have some form of blue solid in there.

Hypothetically speaking, where would you stick your nozzle?

get the blue stuff out.
And with the correct allen key you screw it out.

there is nothing wrong with a A-series that a turbo can't fix.

I cut a slot in it using a small cutting disc in the dremel, you can then use a flathead driver to screw it out.

Is it actually an arse to get out or is it easy enough?

If you do what I said, it comes out pretty easily.

Just use a tiny screwdriver and scrape the crap away from the "edges" of the hexagonal shape so that you can get the allen key in there . It comes out easily.
