It looks like i'm gonna have to admit defeat in my quest to sell the min. The only reason I wanted to sell it was because I am very keen on a high power mini, however, every cloud has a silver lining......

So, it looks like i'm gonna stick with my trusty island blue (as trusty as a classic mini can be) and get some serious performance out of that instead. After mulling it over, I think i'll stick with the A-series and opt for the forced induction route. Here is a short list of the spec:

Megajolt
Mirage manifold
T2 turbo
Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel return pipe welded onto fuel tank
X-pin diff
2 core radiator (or a cheapo Chinese alloy jobbie)

I've also got a few questions that i'd like some help with. They are
Which clutch (i've currently got a verto clutch)
What would be the best way to lower the compression ratio? Modify my cylinder head or change pistons?
Will my facet fuel pump be man enough or do I need something different?
Do I need a HIF44 turbo carb?

Can anyone recommend a decent clutch setup? Especially off of people running 130bhp plus.

I've looked into this before and enquirer about getting one off a member on here. Unfortunately the message has been deleted. Does anyone know who it is that could sort me out with one of these?

I believe once I saw Sprocket had a thread, that if you send him the pieces he'll build if for you, not sure how many pieces he needed etc but have a search for that!

Also if you are aiming over 130, have a search for GT17 and Matty's manifolds, you may be able to get one of them second hand and use the better turbo.

*Also, consider getting a MPI tank, as it will come with a suitable pump and the return line*
