hi mate youl need to cut it off on the outer lip ,but only 4 to 6 inches at a time , weld that up ,then cut another 4 to 6 inches and weld up and so on till its done ,dont whatever you do cut it all off in one go or youl end up in a real mess give em hell |

Weld the rear vertical seams from the inside before you do any chopping. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

If your doing the outer seams do 2 inchs at a time

A bumper is lighter than all of the filler you'll need. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

hehe yeah a bummper will be lighter but it will look stupid with no front bummper but with a back bummper.
