Well as above.

I need a piece of (Plastic) pipe 2.54 inch ID ( or slightly bigger i.e. up to +100) for a flowbench adapter.

For a big bore you can use rain pipe so you get about +60 but for a small bore I can't find anything off the shelf .

Suggestions usable pipe also very welcome

cheers

2.5" or 63mm is pretty damn close to plastic drainpipe stuff.

Should be easy to find ?

68mm OD I presume, but you get the idea

Contact Wim at Colltec (Groningen)

They can make you anything you want out of 'plastics'.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Well the bore sleeve is a good if a slightly pricy option.

I looked at using e machine ( online CNC) but unless you build at least 5 complete bore adapters ( including changeable bores w. O-ring and such.. no sense to bodge it then so do it properly) the unit price gets silly (about 600-900 usd). Well it is a little more than i am willing to pay anyway.

So I think I will either go with a slightly small bore or slightly large by slicing a 70mm drainpipe one sided along it's length and squeezing it inside the bigger bore.

I will ask the colltec* guys if they can do anything .

Add: Hey they* have extruded PMMA that is well priced ~16,20 euro/meter and near enough in size
and clear as well.. coasts less than half of the fancy cast version.

thanx!
