bought a 1330 vgc but just wondering the con rod bottum and rod has been machined but the bottum of rod over laps I have a picture below please shed some light thanks

thank the heavens above oh and u joe c another quick question the slots in the shells same side ?? thanks for quick reply when build is done I will post up the project |
