I read on a forum that the racing 998cc NA minis could do 0-60 in les than 6 seconds. Surely this is absolute crap aint it?

what do sevens run? i know the miglias are similar or at least they race at the same events i think and there unbaleivable for a 5 port 1.3 imo..

lol, must have a hell of alot of money spent on those engine to make em that quick!! But I believe the 1000c engine rev higher than the bigger engines.

I think greypride has the power figures atc about right but i am a little sceptical about the 0-60 times.....

Those sevens are quick mind!!

Well I've only managed a 0-60 of 5 to 5.5 secs, and my 998 has nearly 50% more power than a 7.

Not bragging, just stating facts.

That is an absolutely bollox 0-60 time fot both!

Take around 1.5 seconds off and you'll be getting close

you all forget they run some bloody high diffs, 4.6 if i remeber right and they are doing about 8-8.5k at about 100 mph, thtas how they are bloody rapid.

ive drove a race preped 998 many years ago when the engine was in a road cooper, it would leave most motors behind going up the hill near mind it was bloody awsome.

mind you i wouldnt want to drive it for long it was screaming.

.....the speedo was set for 13" wheels
