what theyd probably do is make it law that car manufacturers build these into the car when new.

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Monkeys in Calfornia (USA) had similar ideas. Good luck making it work. Too many technical issues involved. Now, if they got satellite tracking involved, there might be a chance. Of course, privacy rights advocates would cause enough of a ruckus to prevent it from going through...

I think its a pathetic idea, dreamt up by £60,000 a year stuck up politians who get driven around at our expence so have no idea about the real lives of us civilians.
