what theyd probably do is make it law that car manufacturers build these into the car when new.
no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Monkeys in Calfornia (USA) had similar ideas. Good luck making it work. Too many technical issues involved. Now, if they got satellite tracking involved, there might be a chance. Of course, privacy rights advocates would cause enough of a ruckus to prevent it from going through... **************************************

so if we all have to have sat tracking fitted, that should bring down the cost of insurance n? not

yeah like im gunna let them put a box in my car, theres always a way to bypass these things if they come into law.
