Im after a 1275 engine. Would consider anything, from bare block with caps to complete unit. Condition unimportant, as long as the block is sound and had matched caps. Im on a fairly tight budget. Please let me know what you have. Cheers,dan |

Im getting it overbored to +73.5, new cam bearings, centre strap, 11 stud holes. So a sound block will do. Sent one for machining last week but its porous |

Linerd block + 0.040" makes 1312 CC. Great offer

Yes, it is a good offer, i ment unfortunately not any good to me as i already have the 1380 pistons. The guy who did the machining has a lot of experience, in machining and building a series engines. I think that he was suprised also. He has done a few offset big overbores on other engines for us in the past without problems. I guess there were bad batches cast from time to time hence occasional blocks fitted with liners from the factory? |
