Hi I've see slark stage 3 head and 15 roller rockers would it still be a improvement in a turbo'd engine

Any advice ,opinions appreciated thanks charlie

Depends on the many factors.

1st being what pistons are you are using?

As a normally aspirated head you will probably need 18cc pistons to get the compression to an appropriate level.

Why don't you email slarks and ask what the chamber volume is and discuss your intended application with them. Neil knows his stuff.

How much boost are you planning to run?

I'm building a 1293 with forged 18cc dished omegas , centre main strap etc I'm planning on up to 14 16 ish psi

I've just notice I don't think it has bigger valves or any thing and have just noticed and have also compared the chambers and they need enlarging will just the porting - polishing make much difference

for a turbo lump oversize valves are not always the best thing due to the posibility of cracking,

the most imprtant part of a flowed head is the quality of the porting esecially near the valve seats, on a Slark head I would expect this to be rather good, so it soulds like a good bet.
