I think most peeps use the SC copper gasket or a modified BK450 mini head gasket. Ill be using the BK 450 modded with extra holes on my build. "So wat we gonna do tonight Brain?"

Make sure you do a good job. Matty had a nightmare with his welder, he managed to leave several pin holes. My welder said it welds really well once you get the heat into it, and I never had the pin hoe issue that matty did. On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

cool that sounds like the best option then. i like the idea of using the mini head gasket and i assume he does too thats why he marked them to be welded. Cheers for the words of wisdom i would luv to do this conversion myself but just dont have the funds. My small bore turbo project http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=473901 |
