Not really for use with turbos, but could be of use to someone building a nat.asp. engine Kit includes the two most important tuning parts for the engine, cylinder head and camshaft. The head is a janspeed head, rating it against currently available heads, it would be for a 'stage 4/5' engine. It has 'dustbinlid' valves in s-sizes and sleved pushrod holes. The ports have been taken out to the sleving and has had extensive throat work done. As such its heavily modified for very high outputs. Comes with springs and valves with bronze guides. Combustion chamber is small (small combustion chamber means higher flow as there is less restriction in the head) and is for use with short stroke or dished pistons. The camshaft is a slot drive kent item, cam number is 286. Cam is nominally 2,000-7,500rpm band, but when used in combination with this head it will be in the upper limit of that band due to the amount of porting. The camshaft is brandnew, boxed and bagged in original packaging. Condition wise, the cam is brand new. The head is used, but is in VGC and has been okayed by a good independant head supplier. Personally i'd fit new gudies as its a cheap to do and will make the head perfect. Price for the pair is ?225 ovno, if someone offers it for that price i'll post it for free to the uk. I am willing to split if needbe, but they are ideal together for a v.high output road motor. Pics available at request, I can post them here if need be. I also have for sale a pair of big carbs suitable for this spec, being twin 1 3/4 HS carbs (my intention was to run it on a properly built 1380). I didnt want to run a webber. These carbs are available at extra cost.
