They're staying mate!! Ive got some new heritage ones to go on though as they've seen their best.
Found lots of hidden treasures but nothing too major! *happy*
Front is still very stiff though as its solid mounted, havent decided on brace bars just yet, need to get some carbon bits bought soon so i can see what rad etc is going to fit nicely.

Thats the same colour as mine! Pageant blue!!

I like the colour, cos ive gone for sportspack arches with 7x13 superlites which is quite modern the chrome shows up really well againts the blue :)

Looks like a good bit of progress though, I wanted a flip front but I bottled it!

I wish I had done a lot of things to my car really LOL!

Jimster's on the ball *smiley*

yep, T2 and mirage is the way i'm going at the mo.

Flip front isnt really hard, didnt take long to remove the front anyway, will take a bit longer to tidy up and fit the new front (When i get it!)

Think I may be going with a carbon roof skin as well! *smiley*

Sure it makes sense, get the weight that is high up in the car and reduce it, lower the c of g. Theoretically wise spot on.

But you'd be a brave man the day you cut the roof off a perfectly good shell in order to "stick" a new one on in its place!!!
I danced about and measured and marked and measured again and fucked about for about 2 days when doing my bulkhead box, in the end my Dad had to cut it out for me as I couldn't bring myself to do it..........
