Note that it's from UPS Mail with a Fedex message and that Monday was the 26th not the 25th. They also mention the post office which doesn't make sense and the English is atrocious. So for some reason, I haven't clicked on the link...

Ok so most of us on here can see through these scams, as soon as you read it through, but there are clearly some fuckwits out there that cannot.

I get emails about Golfing tournaments between two police forces in the UK.

I think they are genuine, but what gets me, is how I managed to be on the mailing list, and, do I report it and to whom? It is the police after all. I just delete them.

Don't tell them to fuck off. They will then have confirmation that your email address is valid.

I usually forward them to the genuine company's department that tries to stop this - a lot, especially the banks, do get the bogus sites closed fairly quickly.

There are a lot of fuckwits out there who do reply and it costs all of the rest of us a lot of money.

What bugs me is the big companies haven't got together and sorted out a "standard" reporting address format so I usually have to go to their websites to find it....

Some use spam@"ourbank".... others use security@, best (worst) is spoof@.....
