Up for sale is my 1330 fast road engine as it came out of the car today - £650 OVNO

Located in Coventry, CV5

Covered 6000 miles with four oil and filter changes since going through a full rebuild.

Spec when built:

Engine
1330cc
10.7:1 Compression ratio
New +60thou 21253 AE pistons
Stage 1 Ported and rebuilt unleaded 12g940 head, Recut valve seats, New minispares 160lb double valve springs,
Block acid dipped with new gallery and core plugs
Reground CAM6232 crank - groundto 10 thou big ends, 10 thou mains - New vandervell bearings
New cam bearings
Rebushed primary gear honed to correct clearance for fast road with correctly shimmed drop gears
Minispares centre main strap.
New Swiftune SW5 camshaft, vernier timing gear, followers, oil pump.
New ARP big end bolts
New high capacity, cast impellor, water pump
Braided block to filter pipe with (pre-bearing) oil temp take off
Block and gearbox flange drilled and tapped for 5/16UNF fixings


Gearbox/Clutch
A+ casing
3.105:1 Final drive
Centre oil pick up pipe
New minispares uprated diff pin and bushed planet wheels
New second gear
New 1st/2nd selector fork
New genuine baulk rings.
New bearings throughout
New AP verto clutch
New clutch arm

(Megajolt coil bracket not included)

Cheers John, I did put every painstaking detail into this build and everything was done correctly.

Mark, the engine was tuned after a 500 mile run in period at a MBE race engines in Lincoln.

It made 62bhp at the wheels, 83 at the flywheel. Plonk a stage three head on it and it should be good for around 100bhp at the fly.
