stowmaket suffolk

how long is a piece of string all depends on what boost you want to run.

you might find the phase 3 a bit over kill.

tam1521 head gaseget would be fine.

unless you are going wild on booost then a standard quality crank would be fine also.

always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

IMHO forget the phaze 3 cam

its just too wild for say the road, *wink*

this cam is suited to track applications where it spends all its time in the HIGH rpms band

i think you would be better off with a kent 266 or the N/A MG metro cam

its great talking BIG numbers etc .......BUT

Its how the motor feels on the road !!!!

with the phaze 3 it WILL BE A PIG to drive *frown*

you dont need high lifts and big overlap cams with turbo motors it makes the engine just unhappy to drive

i shit you not !*wink*

im hoping to run a good chunk less than 20 to get 150 bananas, hopefully around 15-18 but only a RR session will see.

Aslong as it drives well and can keep up the pace then thats all that matters *happy*
