Found out today that we're going to be selling our scout helicopters soon.
Got me thinking about what could be done with the engine from one.
So come on guys. If you had a turbine engine. What would you nail it to?

I did seriously look into fitting a GT to my Austin J40 pedal car for the Settrington Cup this year.
There is a blanket ban on internal combustion engines and electric motors, but I got clarification that a GT doesn't count as either...

Metric is for people who can't do fractions.

if its a helicopter it will be shaft driven. a mate of mine is trying to make one from a wessex (rr gnome)into a bike and ride it for a land speed record. getting a diff is the problem!

They did but we still have a couple at the training bat. Going soon though.
