i have stripped my mini stox engine and was told it had a 1275 cam ,the only markings are a 1 on the oil pump end here is a pic any idea what it is from

That's an mg metro cam. Single 1/4" grove at the timing end. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

yes thats the good guy cam an excellent turbocharged camshaft and for normally aspirated cars as well from fast road to "nearly"
