I had a front nearside one seize once. Not nice as you have practically no control over the car.
The one I had go failed due to not enough grease in it I reckon, it was a set of hubs I got second hand and bolted on without checking them out first.

Resident Cylinder Head Modifier

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

not good!

pack the new bearing in high temp grease wolfie

omiga 71 is the best in my book

if the new bearing wears out!???
it dont seize it lets you know

having said that its the rear ones we over look
with the correct lubrication

i have been guilty of that in the past

lol should add that teh bearign that siezed was due to lack of grease too ... i had replaced it about 6 months earlier and i didnt put that much grease on it as i had no idea how much should be on it (was the 1st bearign i ever did) after that i properly packed bearings with silly amounts of grease, and never had a bearing fail since. that was ~3 years ago, ish. :)

well ive repaired the mini

seems the rear cylinder had been leaking and washed the bearing in brake fluid

Thanks goes out to dangerous who popped round mine with a whole good radious arm as the bearing had welded itself to the stub axle
