After being surprised earlier in the year to be informed that running the engine at 74 degrees is a bit old hat now most of us are running unleaded fuel I was wondering what thermostat I should be running on a N/A 1380 for which maximum power is desired - sod fuel economy.

The cooler stat will be better for power and it will see the engine more resistant to detonation.
9.85 @ 145mph

I run an 88, but it never gets to 88 unless in traffic. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph
