Hey guys my friends Gay A (KA) as died at mot too rotten to keep spesh since it cost her £40

Can I nick the bits off it before it goes scrap yard? for megajolt and dose anyone know where they are?

I know coil is on back of block but as far as I know.

What year is the KA? As It could be the earlier 1.3 HCS engine or the later 1.3 Endura?

Its got the shit push rod engine

its a 1996 KA

not sure but could be that it won't have the separate EDIS module. from mid 90s they started to fit EDIS inside of the ECU.

tell me what bits I need, sure I can get most like senors and coil pack? and buy the EDIS module ?

coilpack with bracket, i take the HT leads, too to make my own with the correct plug.
crankshaft sensor, sits somewhere at the back of flywheel as there is the trigger wheel cast in.
all the wires coming from the coil and sensor. follow them to the ecu and cut them as long as possible.
if you're lucky you will find that the loom seperates and leads you to the EDIS modul. if not you can buy one with a connector. you will have to buy a trigger wheel, too
