Never fitted a flywheel before. Does this look right. The flywheel sits slightly proud of the end of the crank taper. This causes there to be a small gap behind the keyway. Keyway is engaged in both crank and flywheel









All looks correct, I can't see any other way of it bolting on but I thought I would check with you guys who have done a few of these vertos .

Looks right. You'll probably find that when its torqued up to the almighty strength it needs it will close up if it does need to at all!

yep thats right.

make sure you do it nice and tight, I warm mine up a bit before i whack them on too.

Cheers for the reassurance. I will not need the suit of armour then for when I'm driving it around :)

I needed my suit recently. Front prop let go on the Disco at about 30mph!! Suit of Armour and the waterproof pants ( that I usually wear in the mini, recently squashed by aformentioned Disco) definitely were wished for!!
