Has anyone done a comparision of these two cams. Both companys dont seem to be very willing to make the data public. Would be very interested to see a comparison on lift, duration etc.

the sw5 figures are floating around i think, first ive heard of the med one though

Yep I think the sw5 is on the ac Dodd post ml Motorsport forum

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

I got this much if anyone is interested

sw5... from ac dodd

Checking height: 0.016" @ lobe

Timing: (Intake): 16/48 (Exhaust): 52/12

Nominal lobe lift: (Intake): 0.281" (Exhaust): 0.281"

Duration (Intake): 244 (Exhaust): 244

Lobe centre angle (Intake): 106 (Exhaust): 110

Lobe separation angle: 108

Lift on overlap: 0.036"

Yes, if I am not wrong! The sw5 is based on the 997 Cooper cam

I heard the SW5 is a fiesta valencia profile...

mid you thats not to say the valencia profile isnt a 997 one!
