any one put any oil on the inner of the seal at all? or just apply dry? |

I use one of those tools to fit, but just the end of a claw hammer to remove it (and the gear) |

Use the black one, they're better, I'd advise using the cover you link to also.

Yep the black one with the dust seal is better IMO. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
