The way I see it, he has been honest about how much he's going to charge winning bidders, so if you don't like it don't bid! I have put artificially high postage costs on things before, mainly because I didn't want to have to mess about trying to package and post heavy/bulky/awkward items, so if I did have to post it, the charge would pay for my time and hassle..........
