Was watching a YouTube video of Paul swift auto testing and wondered where I could participate in Hertfordshire

Any help would be excellent

In the days before CCTV and 24 hr shopping and speed bumps, Tescos car park was perfect. Pulled the hand brake lever out the floor lol. Also taught my brother to drive at 13. Arrh the good old days.
