Was over at Carl Austins today, and popped a turbo and std MG inlet onto the flowbench.
The MG managed 98cfm @ 15", the turbo item measured 96cfm.
Clearly, the turbo unit is not as good, but there is naff all in it!
I still believe it does give a more balanced mixture across the inner and outer cylinders - for the same reason as 'split' webers are used on all out race A-Series...

interesting results, i was looking at the two manifolds today and looking at them you can see that the MG inlet manifold looks better designed over the inlet turbo inlet. but, as i bleive you cant user the MG inlet on a turbo, unless you use the mirage exhaust manifold, correct?

I didn't expect these to be so close.

What I would like to see was how Barney's (mirrarge) T2 Exhaust manifold flowed compared to the mg turbo cast one.
