Hey guys

I joined up here to ask a few questions about pistons and head gaskets, how ever I know you guys run lower compression then what I want to run. (14:1) and N/A

does anyone produce a Forged flat top piston with teflon skirt for the A series?

and who sells a good cometic head gasket? or would it better to O ring the block?

look forward to hearing from you.

hello, i think i remember reading in the yellow book about na motors loving high compression something along the lines of if you cant get much in to start with squeeze the heck out of what you can get in there also im sure cam choice has a big influance on cr think a factory cam on high cr will be much worse than a big overlap cam for pre det ?

Resident Cylinder Head Modifier

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

a warm welcome!, in short .......what kills head gaskets is preignition detonation, so no fancy cometic gaskets etc..... will cure it, the secret is to stay our of it ........... please swat up on the subject.

a bk450 head gasket torqued to 55 ft pounds is well up to the job ...... providing the above is adeard to

in short .....no power gains after compression ratio is above 13.5:1 in my experience 13:1 but you need cam and head choices..... exhaust and inlet correct tuned lengths to achive every last drop of power.

omega flat tops would be my choice
