Hello,

I have problems with bleeding my brakes, and in the meantime i am not sure if this thing works correct:

Is there a possibility to check the proper operation of this part??

Has anyone a drawing of the cross-sectional area?

Best regards,
Andreas

In the internet most of the time i read to bin it, and swap for MS72 to control the rear brakes:

I do not want to take this route...

I have no idea how to test one, but they are known for seizing up. I plan to bin mine and put in a bias valve to the rears.

could you explain how they work? is it just a basic 60/40 % type thing? or is more a regulator only letting a set psi to the back
asking as id like to get the best from my 8.4" vented mini sport for alu pots and rea single leading drums i think i have the bias valve thing mounted on the rear subby

How much was the willwood though?

Get it from rally design for £60. From memory the post wasn't expensive and it arrived quickly.

Thread revival but is this still seen as a good solution or has there been any developments since? Price has gone up but is still still the best option? Has anyone had any issues using the Wilwood setup? Thanks

If you want to test the PDWA (pressure deferential warning actuator) thing on the bulkhead, disconnect one of the front brake pipes from one of the caliper. You should still get some braking effort from the other 3 brakes when you press the pedal. Obviously don't do this on the road/driving.
